Spinach Casserole | Thanksgiving Recipes
We are almost finished with our Thanksgiving recipes. Can you believe it? This is my spinach casserole, or as my family calls it spinach souffle. I hope you all will try it. It brings something tasty and delicious to the party. 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and rung dry 4 eggs 8 oz. shredded monterrey jack cheese 4 oz. cream cheese 1/2 stick of salted butter 1/4 c. milk 1/4 c. flour pinch of nutmeg salt and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a small casserole dish with butter or oil. Combine all ingredients and place in casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Even the kiddos will eat their spinach with this recipe.
